We are a group of devoted animal advocates who care desperately for homeless dogs and cats. We advocate for shelters and rescues and work to connect them to people who want to foster/adopt to save a life. People who can offer these beautiful souls a place to live with love and kindness.
Charlie also offers ways to fundraise for rescues/shelters. We donate time/products that you can buy with the purchase price being a donation by you that you will make directly to the rescue/shelter you choose from our donation list. We feature the work of artist Helene Scharf, if you want to offer up your skills/art/products for donations, please contact us and let us know!*
We also offer a list of resources on this site, enabling rescues and shelters to find services offered to them by individuals who kindly donate their time in our quest to help homeless animals get to their loving furever homes.

At this point, we are basically focused on the East Coast shelter and rescue communities, but we are hoping to grow if possible.
We are NOT a 501c3, we are just a strictly a group of volunteers trying our best to make a difference for the homeless animals in need!
We are not responsible for any dispute resulting from any participating advocate/resources. We are simply here to provide a place that will serve as an add on to help rescues/shelters. Everyone who participates with Charlie to the Rescue as a volunteer, craftsperson, artist, resource provider, are their sole representatives.
